HOW TO MAKE MACHINE WEFTS

Step1- Sorting the hair

When we collect the hair from the hair material market,some supplier may mix two braid which are from different donors together, so we need to separate them to make sure each braid solely belongs to one donor.

Step2-Pick out the best bundle

In each ton of hair,We’ll only pick out only 1%-2% good quality hair,which is silky ,smooth to make the superior quality hair extensions. Most of hair is in the medium quality and divided into different hair grade.

Step3-Arranging hair

To be simple,in this step, ensure the head of the hair is even and the hair is smooth by removing short or unqualified hair.

Step4- Sewing weft

Using triple machine techonology to sewn hair wefts and guarantee no sheeding. Two single tracks are then sewn together to form one double wefted track, this double weft leads to durability and longevity of our machine wefts.

Step5-Washing

We need wash weft then and clean up the dirty.

Step 6 -Drying

We’ll use our professional drying container to make the hair dry safely.

How To Dye Synthetic Hair To Ombre Color

First, you need to prepare the ink with water, alcohol ink, synthetic hair wefts or wigs, and don’t forget gloves.

Make the dye in bag not too watery. And the more ink darker color, less ink will give a pastel on blonde.

Put whole piece in a zipper bag.

Lots of shaking & moving hair.

Squish & Squish. Make sure color is all over squish squish.

Take it out of the bag carefully.

Squish out dye from top to bottom.

Make more pink ink. Watermelon pink squeeze in 1/2 teaspoon.

Plum ink just a little. Add 2 colors for pink you want.

Put both inks in bag now add a little water.

Weft & twist to dip for ombre look.

Put in the twisted bottom & squishy time.

Check to see if the color is what you want.

Take it out slowly squish top to bottom.

Going to redip top in purple to make it darker. It will fade to a light purple middle to a dark pink bottom.

When you did this you can set the ink with the hair dryer heat, not too hot though. Depending on the wig some have a chemical layer on them that makes the ink not take well. You should also rinse the pieces to get out left over ink so it doesn’t get on your body etc. You may have to do a double dye job to get a dark color set.

How to Make A Wig With Hair Wefts & Lace Closures

Most people like wigs, not just for covering up flaws, but most for fashion and beauty. And some people especially love to DIY their own wigs with lace closures and hair wefts. It is much cheaper than a human hair wig and also gives people more sense of achievement. For the full head hand made wig, need 3 hair wefts and 1 piece of lace closure. Now I’ll show you how to make the wigs by yourselves.

First you’ll need a foamed plastics model head. Put the cap on the head. Make the lace closure fixed to the cap.

Now, started by sewing the closure down to the cap.

Sew the weft under the edge of the cap so it can be worn in a high ponytail.

Sew using the loop & pull method for secure wefts. Never sew threw wefts!

Secure your wefts before flipping.

Apply tracks in a upside down U shape, it creates smoothness.

Make tight neat loop & pull stiches

Your tracks should be in the upside down U shape not straight across

Sew the last track all the way around & attach it to the closure.

Be sure to make stitches tight and small

Cut the U shape piece of cap from under the closure.

Ending results! You can add some large curls or cut some layers.

Hair used by Goodyard is mainly from the hair market in Juancheng, hair city of China. In addition, Goodyard also purchases hair from other hair markets around the world. According to the sources, human hair can be divided into Chinese hair, Indian hair, European hair, etc.

European hair is very rare in the market. So the price is very expensive. Indian hair and Chinese hair are both Asian hair. It is hard to tell the difference. From the out looking, Indian hair has the natural wave, but Chinese hair does not. If you touch it, Indian hair is soft and thin, but Chinese hair is thicker. At present, Chinese hair accounts for 40% of the total hair output in the world.

There are two types of hair in the market, Remy hair and non-Remy hair. Remy hair is cut directly from the donor. Non-Remy hair or what we call fallen hair has fallen in the natural shedding process like washing and combing, and then been collected together. Unlike Remy hair, non-Remy hair is not healthy because fallen is a shortage of hair nutrition. It will tangle easily after several times’ wash.

Nowadays, the products made from Remy hair usually will be twice as expensive as those made from fallen hair. Thus, some people use non-Remy hair counterfeit Remy hair. How can we distinguish Remy hair and non-Remy hair? As non-Remy hair is fallen naturally so there will be hair follicles which you can see clearly by eyes. Remy hair is cut from the head, so no hair follicles exist. Besides, after several washings, Remy hair would keep good smooth and soft, but non-Remy hair would get tangle and shedding badly.

Layers be gone’ we hear you cry! But fear not, as we have the solution that will put a stop to your tormenting hair nightmare and your layering catastrophe, with the helping hand from layer blending weft hair extensions.

These types of wefts can miraculously disguise layers by blending your natural hair length with your hair extensions, to create sleek, Rapunzel-like hair. Instead of mesh, the layer blending wefts are sealed together with glue for a seamless finish. They also have two clips on either side to attach to your hair.
