Human hair is available all over the world, among which Asian hair is one of the main sources. Different textures of hair can be processed to create the various popular looks.

Indian Hair: Indian hair originates from the temples of India. Some Indian hair comes from Hindu temples where men and women cut their hair in hopes of receiving blessings in life. The temple sells the hair and much of this money is used to fund schools and roads.It is the most readily available hair on the market- and therefore often the cheapest. Indian hair is thick, but thinner than Chinese hair. Indian hair is shinier than Chinese hair, and often is available in very long lengths.

Malaysian Hair: Malaysian hair originates from Malaysia. Malaysian hair comes from the Malaysian temples and is sold by some Malaysian women to make money for their families. Malaysian hair is a newer competitor on the hair market. And is a bit more expensive because it is more rare than Indian and Chinese hair. Malaysian hair is thinner and softer than Chinese and Mongolian hair and can very well be used for European hair or other fine hair types.

Chinese Hair: Chinese hair originates from China. A typical Chinese hair strand is straight, thick and coarse. It is often a great match for African-American hair. Chinese hair is often the preferred hair to use to create kinky curly or kinky relaxed textures because of its coarseness.

Mongolian Hair: Mongolian hair comes from Mongolia. Mongolian hair is very rare due to Mongolia only having a population of 2.6 million people. Poor Mongolian women sell their hair for profit. Mongolian hair is best described as in between Chinese and Malaysian hair. It is thinner and not coarse as Chinese hair, but not quite as soft as Malaysian hair.

European Hair: This hair is a native of Europe and primarily used by Caucasians. The hair has a light silky feel. It is in limited supply and much more expensive than Indian or Chinese Remy.

Brazilian Hair: The people of Brazil normally have thick and luscious hair that flows nicely when styled out, It gets various natural textures and colors.The hair is very close to the European hair which is silky and soft.

The hair farmers sell the hair to processors who treat the hair with an acid bath and silicon to make it shiny. This kind of hair is one of the main sources in raw hair market.

Remy hair

The term “remy hair” refers to the hair that is cut, or harvested directly from one donor. The cuticles are not stripped and remain aligned in one direction. This hair could come from any country. A major source of remy hair is Asian countries. Remy hair has a smoother, shinier, and healthier appearance than regular human hair. When washed, it will not mat and tangle.

There is another term of virgin remy hair which is quite popular in hair industry. Virgin remy hair has not been chemically processed; this hair is raw and natural in other terms. Non-virgin remy hair underwent some sort of chemical processing in order to achieve another color.

There are two types of remy hair—Single-drawn and Double-drown. Single-drawn remy hair has been collected straight from the donor but is made up of different lengths, with the cuticles intact. Double-drawn remy hair is hair that has been sorted after collecting from the donor to ensure all the cuticles are of the same length. It is the most expensive type of remy hair because it takes meticulous time to sort the cuticles.

An individual who uses remy hair products will experience less matting and tangling than an individual who uses regular human hair products. Remy hair also gives a more natural appearance than regular human hair products.

We tend to observe our hair everyday, but it doesn’t appear to be growing. Don’t despair—it is growing.Your just need to be patient. Hair never grows noticeably quick. In fact, when you keep it healthy and maintained, it will grow longer and faster anyway. Now let’s learn some tips:

1. Know your hair. Everybody’s hair is different, so firstly you need to know your hair type. Is your hair dry or oily? Do you have split ends or breakage? Take one day to wash your hair, and let it air dry. Then, inspect it for texture and damage.

2.End the torture of product and styling.Hair is damaged every time you blow dry, curl, perm or color it. Using product that dries the hair only makes this worse. If you can’t stop using styling products, try to take a break at least two days a week. Your hair will thank you for it.

3. Stop every day washes. Washing daily or more can cause major damage. Over washing dries your hair and makes it more prone to breakage. Both dryness and weakness keep it from growing.

4. Condition Condition Condition. Choose the conditioner that is right for you. Condition after washes and let it sit for a minimum of 30 seconds. If possible, run a wide-tooth comb gently through the strands to distribute the conditioner.

5. Keep your hair protected from the sun. The sun’s burning rays literally “cook” your hair to a crisp leaving it dry and dull. If you go out in the sun, wear protective covering like a hat if possible.

6. Get regular trims and shaping. An other easy way to encourage a healthy growth is to get rid of split ends and damaged parts, so get regular trims. But don’t do it by yourself unless you are a stylist.
