At Goodyard Hair, our best-selling lace base styles include the Bella, Octagon, and full lace systems. These lace base styles are available in various lengths, including 7*9” or 8”* 10”.

When customers are searching for a natural-looking and comfortable toupee for men, they choose the skin hair systems for men . This style allows us to customize the hair system using different hair thicknesses for a tailored look. At Goodyard Hair, our hair thickness works in small ranges, such as 0.02-0.03mm, 0.04-0.06mm, 0.08mm-0.10mm.

One of our most popular systems is the ultra-thin hair replacement system. It has the thinnest hair, at only 0.02mm-0.03mm, and the hair is v-looped throughout to create a knotless base.

The Goodyard Hair team is made up of over 300 talented workers across multiple workshops. Our team of expert technicians can deliver bulk orders within a short time and with an assured delivery date.

If you have a specific delivery date in mind, please get in touch as early as possible. Orders for skin hair systems typically take up to 3 weeks to create, while lace hair systems take 5 weeks. Mono hair systems have a turnaround time of 8 weeks, while silk hair systems will take 3 months to be produced.

These production times are a guideline. We will provide an accurate estimate when placing your order.

Customization and Pre-styling Services

At Goodyard Hair, we always go the extra mile to help our customers create the hair systems they need. We just come back to work after our traditional Chinese Spring Festival Holiday, and we believe 2021 will definitely be an improvement on last year. Inventory levels

Our current goal is to have our stock hair systems back to the level before COVID-19 and we’re doing our best to do that. Due to COVID-19, the entire supply chain is still facing great challenges, such as the shortage of hand-tied workers. In order to increase productivity and keep more inventory to meet customer demand, we have expanded another handmade workshop in Guizhou, specializing in the production of men hair system, such as the lace or Pu men toupees and men frontal hair pieces for receding hairline.

The local people are very friendly and good at embroidery, which requires patience and care. As a result, they are better at hand-made technical work and easier to learn. After rigorous training and assessment, please take a look at these beautiful ladies, they are now proficient in the process of hand-tied work. And we are also recruiting more workers, which is expected to reach more than 300. You will be pleased to know that we are gradually building our stock levels and look forward to seeing some of our lace or poly skin hair systems back in stock . Once again, we ask you to wait patiently. At the same time, our customer service will be happy to assist you in finding a suitable temporary hair system until your favorite is back in stock.

New Design

Now, we are launching our newly designed hair system, called self-adhesive skin hair system. It’s a very specially made poly hair system replacement. The advanced technique it uses and how easy it makes your wearing experience make it really stand out from others.

The base of this systems is about 0.06mm thick. After applying heat on it using an electric iron or a blow drier, the base will become super-sticky, and you have no need to use any tape or liquid adhesive to attach it. You can simply put the hair system on your scalp,and it will be fully secure on your head.It also offers you a really natural looking hairline and scalp all over the base. With proper care, it can last four to six months.

Hair System: How to Make a Hair System Template ?

When you want to custom a men hair system for your client, so how to make a template to send us ? In this blog, we’ll share the steps in details.

Item required to make a tape toupee template:

.Plastic wrap

.A roll of transparent tape

.A marker pen

.Scissors

Step 1

Tear some plastic wrap long enough to tie under your chin . Now place the wrap on your client’s head and press the wrap tightly without any wrinkles and voids, then tie it under the customer’s chin in order to keep wrap secure.

Step 2

Draw your hairline with a marker on your skin from temple to temple.How to find the hairline? Lay four fingers flat on the top of your customer’s eyebrows, the index finger is the position where the front hairline should start and find the center point of the line.Then use the dotted line to draw a regular ellipse according to the largest area of hair loss.We don’t recommend drawing flat on the front of head when make the template, we need to draw an ellipse, because the hairline of most people is not flat, usually an arc,then finally we connect the dotted line. At the same time, pls mark the “F” for front and “B” for back,then you’ll know which side is front and which side is back,that’s also really important for the correct production of the hair system.For the position of the crown,you can ask your clients what they want and then mark the desired hair direction they want. Now, the freestyle is very popular which you can part your hair into any direction.

Step 3

Then put the tape on the plastic wrap to fix the shape of the template.Apply three layers of tape. Start from the first layer from back to front,then second layer from front to back, finally from side to side. After finish and press it slightly .Be noted don’t take too much time on the above three steps in case give your clients uncomfortable experience with plastic wrap on the head so long time especially the hot weather.

Step 4

Finally, Carefully untie and remove the template from your head and use a scissors to cut the extra plastic wrap along the drawn peripheral line. A great tape template will be ok soon. Put it back in the bald area above the head to make sure it is the correct size and shape! If you want to make the hair toupee with clients’ own hair sample, cut small strands of their hair and stick them to the template and write your client’s name on the template to send it to us to make the toupee hairpiece.
